1.5 oz Ginger infused vodka (decant vodka and ginger root, peeled and sliced into matchsticks. Allow to sit in a dark place. Shake weekly)
juice of one lemon.
3 oz peach nectar
.75 oz Marachino liqueur
.75 oz Triple Sec
peaches sliced to garnish
chill a glass.
Add lemon juice and peach nectar to the shaker.
Add the vodka, Marachino liqueur and triple sec and three ice cubes.
Shake until there’s frost on the shaker.
Pour with a Hawthorne strainer over an ice ball.
Garnish with grapefruit bitters and fresh peach slices.
