2oz Silver Tequila
4oz Pear Nectar
2oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy
1oz St Germain
.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth (green label)
Schrappy’s cardamon bitters.
Chill a glass
Add nectar and Pear Brandy and dry shake.
Add the tequila, 3 ice cubes, the St Germain and the Vermouth.
Shake until the shaker frosts.
Pour into chilled glass.
Add 1-2 drops of cardamom bitters.
Sip.
