​Pineapple Salsa Margarita

2 oz Silver Tequila

.5 oz Cointreau

.25 oz Agavadero

one Campari tomato

sprig of fresh mint

sprig of Lavender

sprig of thyme

quarter teaspoon of salt.

one hot pepper

pineapple juice

Black strap bitters
Chill a Collins glass.
In the shaker, muddle the herbs, tomato, and pepper. Add liquor and shake over ice till the shaker gets good condensation.
Hawthorne strain into a cocktail glass.
Add pineapple juice and 4 drops of bitters.
Sip.
