2 oz Hendricks Gin
1 oz Benedictine
1 oz Cointreau
juice of one lime
sprig of thyme
sprig of Lavender
sprig of rosemary
1 teaspoon demerara sugar
Bitter Truth Jerry Brown’s Own bitters.

Put ice and water in a cocktail glass to chill it.

Muddle the herbs in the sugar in the shaker.

Add lime juice and liquor to the shaker, and shake vigorously until the shaker frosts a bit.

Strain with Hawthorne strainer.

Add 3-4 drops of bitters.

Sip.
