Cuisine. Cocktails. The Wild Goose Chase. 9-9-17.

A friend of mine found a liqueur from Luxardo that sounded wonderful. I’m a fan of the flavor of cherries, and I like the Luxardo Marachino cherries in the dark syrup (add a little to Mexican real sugar Coca Cola sometime. Its amazing).

…and when I say I’m a fan of cherries, I’m not kidding.

Cherries

Apparently, the distributor who handles it doesn’t make it available in Maryland.

While I was downtown in DC picking up tickets from a friend. I decided to look up the booze on my phone on the off chance that maybe it would be available and it was. Irving Liquors in the Mount Pleasant section of DC had it and apparently had it for a while, as the shop manager didn’t seem fazed as I was pretty much dancing around the store after I found it.
